1. Which products will be in my gift set?
The Candy Gift Basket gift with delivery will be shipped in accordance with chosen product description shown above. Any images are only illustrations and the delivered gift might vary, as clearly stated.
A) SPA GIFTS (also referred to as wellness, relax or bath gifts): will contain a set of bath, spa, soap & wellness products available for the recipient country. If spa gifts are not available for the recipient country, our team will contact you to propose alternative options.
B) CHOCOLATE GIFTS: will contain a box of chocolates, sweets or cookies and may contain accompanied gift products.
C) FOOD, GOURMET & CORPORATE GIFTS (also referred to as wine country gifts): will either contain a combination of savory food gift product whenever possible, or alternatively sweet food products if savory is not available with local suppliers. These gifts will normally contain at least 1 bottle of alcoholic beverage, only for countries where alcoholic products are available (see underneath the list of countries where alcohol is not available).
D) FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS: will contain a bouquet or flower arrangement and may contain additional gift products.
E) CANDLE GIFTS: (also referred to as aromatherapy candle gift) will normally contain a set of candle gift products or one hand-crafted quality gift candle for certain Asian regions such as Taiwan.
F) SURPRISE GIFTS: be selecting the surprise gift sets, you agree to leave the choice of gift products with our gift suppliers to select the best gift baskets.
G) BABY GIFTS: will contain a selection of baby-proof clothes, toys and care products, where the color will be based on whether the baby is a boy or girl. In case no gender was selected, a unisex gift will be delivered. May contain additional gift products for new parents such as chocolates or a flower arrangement.
H) WINE GIFTS: will contain one or several bottles of wines, either in a case or accompanied by other gift products.
I) COFFEE & TEA GIFTS: will contain a selection of coffees or teas, often accompanied by other gift products.
2. What are the estimated delivery times for my gift?
The estimated delivery times depend on the recipient / destination country and are shown in working days (mon-fri) on the last step of the checkout page after selecting the recipient country. These delivery times vary from same day delivery & next-day gift delivery for some regions, to average shipping times for most locations (2-3 working days) and some destinations have longer delivery times, often due to limited courier options (2-5 days). All orders are processed for shipment by our team within 48 hours.
3. For which countries are alcoholic products not available?
A) Alcoholic products are NOT available for: Norway, most Middle Eastern countries, Turkey, Israel, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Yemen, United Arab Emirates, Sudan, Africa, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Mauritania, Maldives, Libya, Iran, Kuwait, India, Brunei, Puerto Rico (USA), Bangladesh…
B) Alcoholic products are only available in combination with other products for: United States, Canada (by placing your order, the buyer confirms the recipient is of legal drinking age).
C) Alcoholic products are only available in limited quantity due to import customs for: Switzerland , Armenia (no wine, only beer).
Any alcoholic products for these countries will be substituted in line with the product description.
