All products displayed in the Gift Delivery Shop website are available for purchase unless otherwise stated.
Products that are marked as for “pre-order” can take 2-5 days of processing depending on availability. For changes and unavailability of certain products, the Gift Delivery Shop customer service will contact you within 24 hours of processing.
Pricing & Payment Terms
The prices displayed on the website are quoted in either USD or EUR unless otherwise stated and are valid and effective worldwide.
Prices & Delivery costs are subject to change but shall not affect orders that has already been placed, processed, and dispatched prior to the change.
Prices are subject to VAT but are exclusive delivery costs, which are automatically shown and added in the total amount due when you view your items in the shopping basket or on the checkout page, once have selected your chosen delivery method. If no delivery costs are shown, the order includes free shipping. Currently all orders include free shipping.
Payment Terms & Cancellation of Order
Payments on all orders shall be made by credit or debit card and are subject to validation checks & pre-authorization by the card issuer. The Gift Delivery Shop is not responsible for card refusal and any online handling fees that may be charged by the card issuer. Orders that have been processed and are in transit or are experiencing delivery delays are no longer eligible for refunds. Shipping & Delivery times can be impacted by various factors such as force majeure & worldwide events (f.e. Covid-19). Gift Delivery Shop will not refunds or compensation for gifts delayed or lost by force majeure.
Limitations of Liability
The Gift Delivery Shop shall not be held liable for lost packages, delivery delays & problems, and defective items. The Gift Delivery Shop works with third party suppliers who provides all information, photos, descriptions, and details about the products. Please consult the FAQ for more information.
All gift baskets and gift sets sold on The Gift Delivery Shop are assembled by local suppliers in or near the destination country of your choice, who will also be responsible for the shipping. These suppliers will choose the best gift or gifts based on the hamper or basket size chosen and ordered by the client (small-medium-large) and deliver these to your loved ones. Gift Delivery Shop does not intervene or has any control over the chosen gifts as these are selected by local experts and craftsmen. By buying the gift baskets the client agrees that the basket will be assembled with gifts chosen by the local supplier.
In circumstances where products delivered are not as described or are defective, the Gift Delivery Shop shall contact the supplier for a replacement or refund. Only upon agreement of the supplier can the Gift Delivery Shop refund an item in which certain conditions must be met.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
By making purchases on Gift Delivery Shop and checking the accept box with link to these T&C, the buyer agrees to all terms & conditions stated above and agrees that all matters relating to your access and use of the Gift Shop Delivery’s site is subject to the laws governing the Kingdom of Belgium and Europe. All disputes that may arise from the use of this platform shall be subject to review under the competent courts in Belgium. These Terms & Conditions will overrule any and all other agreements, both verbally and written.
